The Assistant F&B Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives for all F&B outlets at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. Reporting to the F&B Marketing Manager, this role oversees marketing calendars, ensures seamless campaign execution, and drives outlet-specific positioning through tailored annual marketing plans. The position plays a key role in shaping F&B brand strategies, launch concepts, and promotional frameworks that enhance guest engagement and revenue. The role manages social media channels, supports content creation, and coordinates cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful, on-brand storytelling across all F&B touchpoints within the property.
Job Responsibility
Develop annual, outlet-specific marketing plans aligned with revenue and brand objectives
Define F&B brand strategies, positioning, and campaign direction for all outlets
Identify key commercial opportunities and seasonal activations
Plan, brief, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across F&B outlets
Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment
Oversee execution of promotions, launches, and experiential activations
Own and maintain the F&B marketing calendar for the property
Coordinate all outlet campaigns, offers, events, and partnerships
Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and operational readiness
Oversee content strategy and day-to-day management of F&B social media channels
Create, curate, and approve engaging content aligned with brand tone
Monitor performance and optimize content based on insights and trends
Collaborate on photo and video shoots, ensuring strong visual storytelling
Support the creation of campaign assets, menus, and promotional materials
Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and digital platforms
Lead marketing plans for new outlet openings, menu launches, and rebranding initiatives
Develop go-to-market strategies including teaser, launch, and sustain phases
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution
Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations
Analyze social media, digital, and campaign KPIs to optimize future initiatives
Present findings and learnings to the F&B Marketing Manager and leadership
Work closely with culinary, operations, PR, and external creative agencies
Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
Support media and influencer collaborations as part of campaign strategies
Requirements
3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, luxury, or lifestyle brands
Proven experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns
Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and digital content strategies
Exposure to developing marketing plans, brand strategies, and launch campaigns
Experience working with agencies, creative teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
Prior experience in a supervisory or senior executive marketing role is an advantage
Strong expertise in F&B marketing, including outlet positioning, promotions, and guest engagement strategies
Advanced understanding of social media platforms, content planning, and performance optimization
Ability to develop structured marketing calendars and annual marketing plans
Strong creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate brand vision into execution
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva for content development and approvals
Knowledge of campaign reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking to measure performance and ROI
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with attention to brand tone and consistency
Understanding of luxury hospitality brand standards and guest experience expectations
Ability to collaborate effectively with F&B operations, culinary teams, and marketing leadership
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline
Additional certifications in digital marketing, branding, or social media are a plus
