Job Responsibility
Lead with vision - Partner with the F&B Director to oversee all outlets — including our acclaimed restaurant, historic bar, catering operations, and unique banquet spaces
Deliver excellence - Uphold our luxury standards across every touchpoint while championing innovation in seasonal menus, beverage programs, and high-profile events
Drive results - Play a hands-on role in forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization to ensure sustainable, profitable growth
Develop talent - Mentor and inspire our service and culinary teams, fostering a culture of professionalism, continuous learning, and pride in craft
Requirements
College
Czech (Intermediate)
English (Advanced)
Strong background in F&B leadership (F&B Manager, Assistant F&B Director, or similar) within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
Sharp grasp of P&L, labour management, inventory control, and F&B software/POS systems
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Fluent English is essential
proficiency in Czech and other languages is highly valued
