We are looking for our next great team member to join our management team and assist the Executive Housekeeper in our Housekeeping Department.
Job Responsibility:
Insure that staff of housekeeping department cleans and maintains guest rooms and public space in accordance with client/guest expectations and Crescent and Brand standards of product and service
Assist the Executive Housekeeper in all aspects of the operations of the Department
Assist in overseeing all housekeeping staff by conducting daily and monthly meetings, inspecting staff work and giving guidance so that deficiencies are corrected and standards are met
Help with staff work schedules based on occupancy, correcting payroll to insure pay is accurate
Provide clear direction to the staff
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in a similar position or three years as a Housekeeping Supervisor
Excellent leadership skills
Pride in providing guests the highest level of service and cleanliness
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent computer skills
Knowledge of the Marriott Brand a plus
Passion for hospitality and for customer service
