Requirements:
Assist in preparing budgets and tenders for new projects
Collate, print, and file all necessary tender documents and amendments
Analyse tender documents to ascertain project requirements
Perform both manual and digital take-offs from drawings and tender documents
Produce accurate bills of quantities and input costs efficiently
Produce and issue inquiries to subcontractors, collate quotations, and evaluate returned offers
Assist in the handover of tender documents to project teams upon success
Maintain an organised filing system and assist with general administration tasks
Attend site visits to gain valuable insights into projects
Uphold control procedures according to Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
