Requirements:

  • Assist in preparing budgets and tenders for new projects
  • Collate, print, and file all necessary tender documents and amendments
  • Analyse tender documents to ascertain project requirements
  • Perform both manual and digital take-offs from drawings and tender documents
  • Produce accurate bills of quantities and input costs efficiently
  • Produce and issue inquiries to subcontractors, collate quotations, and evaluate returned offers
  • Assist in the handover of tender documents to project teams upon success
  • Maintain an organised filing system and assist with general administration tasks
  • Attend site visits to gain valuable insights into projects
  • Uphold control procedures according to Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
