Job Description:

Join YMCA Trinity Group as an Assistant Engagement Officer and play a key role in creating a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment for young residents. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Accommodation team, where you’ll help deliver engagement and intervention programmes tailored to the needs of young people. Working closely with Project Workers, you’ll plan activities and provide one-to-one support that encourages personal growth and independence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment for young residents

Requirements:

  • High standard of communication, people and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to use IT software including Microsoft Office and online databases
  • Ability to work within a reactive environment and stay calm when under pressure
  • Able to work evenings and weekends, including public holidays on a rota basis
