This hands-on role spans both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations, supporting the successful day-to-day running of the hotel as part of the Venue Leadership Team. Job Responsibility:
Lead through Redcape’s purpose, values and behaviours to deliver on key performance metrics
Support your Venue Manager in building, coaching and developing a skilled, capable and motivated venue team
Work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team
Take carriage of general hotel operations

Execute strategic initiatives
Improve/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience
Lead a variety of internal teams
Ensure we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation
Create and nurture a positive work environment
Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays
Requirements:
Confident and capable in managing challenging situations within a licensed venue environment
Handling intoxicated or difficult patrons in a calm, professional, and compliant manner
Required: RSA, RCG & ARCG (or willingness to obtain)
