Redcape Hospitality is looking to recruit a passionate, hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team at The Wattle Hotel (Pub) as one of our Assistant/Duty Managers. Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.
Job Responsibility:
Lead through Redcape’s purpose, values and behaviours to deliver on key performance metrics
Support Venue Manager in building, coaching and developing a skilled, capable and motivated venue team
Work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team
Take carriage of general hotel operations
Drive performance
Execute strategic initiatives
Improve/sustain both Customer & Staff Experience
Lead a variety of internal teams to offer outstanding customer experiences
Maintain exceptional venue standards in cleanliness and presentation
Create and nurture a positive work environment
Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays
Requirements:
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certificate
RMLV/Approved Manager preferred but not mandatory
CLO preferred but not mandatory
Previous management experience preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate
