Redcape Hospitality is seeking a passionate, committed hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team at Commercial Hotel Redbank as one of our Assistant/Duty Managers. Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.
Job Responsibility:
Lead through Redcape’s purpose, values and behaviours to deliver on key performance metrics
Support your Venue Manager in building, coaching and developing a skilled, capable and motivated venue team
Work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team
Take carriage of general hotel operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience
Lead a variety of internal teams
Maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation
Create and nurture a positive work environment
Requirements:
RSA / RSG / RMLV / Approved Manager license are required (Or willingness to obtain)
Previous experience in a similar role
Flexible availability across 7 days to fulfil a variety of rotating shifts (opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays)
