Redcape Hospitality is looking for a driven Assistant/Duty Manager to join the Leadership Team at Gladstone Hotel. Lead with creativity, shape marketing initiatives, and take ownership of experiences that set our venue apart. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead a variety of internal teams and own all operations—from exceptional front-of-house experiences to back-office systems and reporting
  • Maintaining high standards across the venue, including presentation and cleanliness
  • Creating a positive, inclusive team environment where people feel supported and motivated
  • Working a rotating roster across opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and people
  • A confident, hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor and part of the team
  • Someone who takes pride in creating great guest experiences and a positive team culture
  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience is essential
  • Current RSA, RCG & ARCG (or willingness to obtain)
