Redcape Hospitality is looking for a driven Assistant/Duty Manager to join the Leadership Team at Gladstone Hotel. Job Responsibility:
Lead a variety of internal teams and own all operations—from exceptional front-of-house experiences to back-office systems and reporting
Maintaining high standards across the venue, including presentation and cleanliness
Creating a positive, inclusive team environment where people feel supported and motivated
Working a rotating roster across opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays
Requirements:
A genuine passion for hospitality and people
A confident, hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor and part of the team
Someone who takes pride in creating great guest experiences and a positive team culture
Proven supervisory or leadership experience is essential
Current RSA, RCG & ARCG (or willingness to obtain)
