From packed-out weekends in the beer garden to big game days, live entertainment and seamless service across the floor, this is a venue that never stands still. We’re looking for an Assistant/Duty Manager who leads from the front — someone who’s just as comfortable running a high-volume shift as they are coaching the team, jumping behind the bar, supporting the kitchen, and keeping standards high across every corner of the hotel. If you bring energy, accountability and a genuine passion for hospitality, you’ll play a key role in driving performance while positioning yourself for future leadership opportunities.
