Job Description:

Redcape Hospitality is looking for a hands-on, people-first Assistant/Duty Manager to join our Leadership Team. You’ll lead both FOH and BOH operations, deliver seamless customer experiences, and develop a high-performing, values-aligned team. You’ll be at the heart of Western Sydney’s community—serving laid-back drinks, live sport, and good times. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead FOH and BOH operations
  • Deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Develop a high-performing, values-aligned team
  • Work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team
  • Take carriage of general hotel operations
  • Drive performance
  • Execute strategic initiatives
  • Improve/sustain Customer & Staff Experience
  • Lead internal teams to offer outstanding customer experiences
  • Maintain exceptional venue standards in cleanliness and presentation
  • Create and nurture a positive work environment

Requirements:

  • RSA certificate
  • RCG certificate
  • ARCG certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to work rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays
