Redcape Hospitality is looking for a hands-on, people-first Assistant/Duty Manager to join our Leadership Team. You’ll lead both FOH and BOH operations, deliver seamless customer experiences, and develop a high-performing, values-aligned team. You’ll be at the heart of Western Sydney’s community—serving laid-back drinks, live sport, and good times. Job Responsibility:
Lead FOH and BOH operations

Improve/sustain Customer & Staff Experience

Maintain exceptional venue standards in cleanliness and presentation

Requirements:
RSA certificate
RCG certificate
ARCG certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays
Nice to have:
Previous management experience
