Job Description

Redcape Hospitality is looking for a hands-on, people-first Assistant/Duty Manager to join our Leadership Team. You’ll lead both FOH and BOH operations, deliver seamless customer experiences, and develop a high-performing, values-aligned team. You’ll be at the heart of Western Sydney’s community—serving laid-back drinks, live sport, and good times. Requirements

  • RSA certificate
  • RCG certificate
  • ARCG certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to work rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays

  • Assist in the management of beverage, food & gaming teams
  • Responsible for the venue's operations as a Manager On Duty (MOD) during general trading hours and the closure of the venue
  • Possess the availability and willingness to complete rotating, shift-work rosters that include opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays
  • Cash handling, data entry and reconciliation tasks
  • The completion of daily reporting
