Redcape Hospitality is seeking a passionate, people-first Assistant/Duty Manager to join the leadership team at the South Terrace Hotel. Freshly refurbished and located just steps from Bankstown railway station and Bankstown Central, this modern venue features a vibrant main bar, spacious sports bar and strong TAB facilities. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll work alongside a supportive venue leadership team, develop your career within a growing hospitality group, and play a key part in delivering outstanding guest experiences while building a high-performing team culture.
Job Responsibility:
Work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team
Take carriage of general hotel operations
Drive performance
Execute strategic initiatives
Improve/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience
Lead a variety of internal teams
Ensure we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation
Create and nurture a positive work environment
Requirements:
RSA
RCG
ARCG (or willingness to obtain)
Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays
Nice to have:
Previous management experience
