Redcape Hospitality is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the leadership team at St Marys Hotel. This role suits someone who leads from the front, takes pride in running strong shifts, and wants to build their career in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where strong operators are developed and promoted from within.
Job Responsibility:
Support and develop team members across food, beverage, gaming, functions and sports bar operations
Maintain high standards across venue presentation, service and compliance
Manage cash handling, daily reporting and reconciliation
Work with the Venue Manager to improve performance and strengthen team culture
Requirements:
Genuine passion for hospitality and customer experience
Hands-on leader who is confident running shifts from the floor
Ability to coach, develop and lift team performance
Strong understanding of multi-department venue operations
Current RSA, RCG & ARCG (or willingness to obtain)
Availability to work rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
