Redcape Hospitality is seeking a passionate and experienced hospitality professional to join the Leadership Team at Gladstone Hotel as Assistant Manager. The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, where you will take carriage of general gaming operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience.
Job Responsibility:
Leading a variety of internal teams
Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation
Creating and nurturing a positive work environment
Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays
Requirements:
RSA, RCG & ARCG qualifications are essential (or willingness to obtain)
At least 3 years management experience or in a similar role
Nice to have:
Previous management experience is preferrable
