Redcape Hospitality is seeking a passionate, committed hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team at St Mary's Hotel as one of our Assistant/Duty Managers. Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.
Job Responsibility:
Lead through Redcape’s purpose, values and behaviours to deliver on key performance metrics
Support the Venue Manager in building, coaching and developing a skilled, capable and motivated venue team
Work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, taking carriage of general hotel operations
Drive performance, execute strategic initiatives and improve/sustain both Customer & Staff Experience
Lead a variety of internal teams to offer outstanding customer experiences
Ensure exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation
Create and nurture a positive work environment
Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays
Requirements:
RSA, RCG & ARCG (or willingness to obtain)
Previous experience in the hospitality industry
Experience leading a variety of teams
Comprehensive understanding of Gaming Operations
