Redcape Hospitality is looking to recruit a passionate, people-centric hospitality professional to join one of our Leadership Teams in the Campbelltown area as one of our Assistant/Duty Managers. Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties. We're after values-aligned people that maintain a high standard of operations, focus on delivering a seamless end-to-end customer experience and those who foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibility:
Work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team
Take carriage of general hotel operations
Drive performance
Execute strategic initiatives
Improve/sustain Customer & Staff Experience
Lead internal teams to offer outstanding customer experiences
Maintain exceptional venue standards in cleanliness and presentation
Create and nurture a positive work environment
Requirements:
RSA certificate
RCG certificate
ARCG certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays
Previous management experience (preferable, not mandatory)
