Job Responsibility:
Work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team
Take carriage of general hotel operations
Drive performance
Execute strategic initiatives
Improve/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience
Lead a variety of internal teams
Ensure we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation
Create and nurture a positive work environment
Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays
Requirements:
RSA / RSG are required
RMLV and Approved Manager license are preferred but not mandatory
Previous management experience is preferable but may not be mandatory for the right candidate
