Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with a major in Civil Engineering
minimum of five years experience in varied engineering projects, primarily involving public works construction in the municipal field
or any equivalent combination of education and experience
thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of Civil Engineering or the materials, methods and techniques of public works construction
particular knowledge and experience with relation to design, construction and inspection problems commonly met in connection with municipal engineering activities
ability to plan, assign and supervise the work of a group of employees performing varied functions related to public works engineering
certification as a registered Professional Engineer
possession of a valid state driver's license issued by the Registry of Motor Vehicles
