This position will support and lead initiatives that enhance the visibility and prestige of Four Seasons Resorts Bali (Jimbaran Bay and Sayan), drive demand across all segments, and deepen our engagement with media, influencers, and discerning guests. The primary responsibilities for this position will be for developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies that align with the Four Seasons brand, build emotional connections with our audience, and support key revenue-driving departments, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Events and Signature Experiences.
Job Responsibility:
High level support contributing to the activation and successful implementation of Public Relations and Marketing strategies for both properties
Proactively manage media relationships, host journalists and influencers, and secure positive editorial coverage across print, broadcast, digital, and social platforms
Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, fact sheets, and executive speeches in line with brand voice
Collaborate with Four Seasons Corporate and regional teams to align messaging and maximize reach
Organize press events, media FAMs, and on-property experiences that showcase our Signature Experiences and service culture
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that support Rooms, F&B, Spa, Weddings, and Events
Ensure all content and creative assets meet brand guidelines and reinforce the Four Seasons image of luxury, elegance, and innovation
Manage local partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional opportunities that align with the brand’s values and audience
Partner with Digital Marketing Manager and Four Seasons Digital Corporate teams to support digital advertising, SEO/SEM, website content, and CRM efforts
Responsible for Social Media content calendars and collaborations with content creators to produce engaging, high-quality visuals and storytelling
Monitor online sentiment and guest feedback across digital channels, supporting reputation management initiatives
Track the performance of PR campaigns, media placements, digital efforts, and social media metrics
Provide regular reporting and insights to guide future strategy and investment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
8+ years of experience in PR and/or marketing within luxury sectors - hospitality or lifestyle
Strong expertise and proficiency with digital tools and digital advertising platforms, SEO tools, email marketing, and analytics
Strong media relations background with proven results in securing top-tier press coverage
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of luxury consumer behavior
Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
