Job Description

This is more than a support role, it’s a calling. Lakewood Methodist Church is seeking the right person to help lead a vibrant, Christ-centered ministry for middle and high school students. Working closely with the Director of Student Ministries, this role helps shape environments where students are known, challenged, and formed in their faith. This position carries real responsibility, meaningful leadership, and lasting influence. We’re looking for someone with spiritual maturity, strong initiative, and a heart for students and families, someone ready to lead, teach, and serve with excellence. We are not just filling a position. We are prayerfully discerning the right person to join the mission.

Job Responsibility
