We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Director of Sales to drive revenue, develop new business, and build strong client relationships at our hotel. This role will play a key part in achieving sales goals while providing exceptional service to clients and supporting hotel operations.
Job Responsibility
Develop new business through proactive and reactive sales efforts
Serve as the main point of contact for client events and bookings
Execute marketing and action plans to meet sales and revenue goals
Maximize revenue opportunities through collaboration with revenue management and third-party partners
Represent the hotel at industry and networking events
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Delphi (or similar CRM)
Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and call goals
Support hotel operations as a collaborative team player
Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality sales, with a strong focus on revenue generation and client service
Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
Familiarity with market analysis, pricing strategies, and CRM tools
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
