Job Description

We're searching for an Assistant Director of Sales (business travel) who is motived to help our busy hotel meet its sales targets. You will be in charge of developing our business sales strategy and revenue objective, assisting with training and assessing our sales employees, and ensuring that we create new and recurring business across various hotel sectors. Our ideal applicant is a hotels sales professional with 3+years of experience in the business travel segment. The Associate Director of Sales is an experienced senior-level hotel sales role that reports directly to the DOS. Responsibilities include managing and leading the sales staff as well as managing select key accounts with a focus on transient business and business travel, so relationship building is incredibly important. The ADOS responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the mentoring and training of sales staff, recruitment and hiring of sales staff, leading sales meetings, working with catering and convention services, involvement with the annul business plan process, forecasting, owners meeting, systems training, report analysis, P&L management, business travel and tradeshows, customer entertainment, community involvement, and networking. Bi-weekly pay, Cigna Healthcare, free parking, 401K. Yearly Salary 70K-$80K. The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually. This company is an equal opportunity employer.
