The Four Seasons Resort, Nevis is Seeking an Assistant Director of Residences who will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents, their guests, and maintenance of residential assets. Managing and leading employees by providing a work environment which upholds the culture of Four Seasons and is in accordance with the Homeowner’s Association (HOA)
Job Responsibility:
Engage with Residence owners creating genuine connections and know their preferences, family members, frequent visitors, and vendors
Follow up with glitches and provide personalized recognition for special occasions and events
Liaison between The Hotel and Residences
Stay informed about The Resort current events and communicate to residents and staff
Report any service discrepancies through the proper channels
Maintain the physical property to the highest standards including all back of house areas, public areas, parking, landscaping, and equipment
Inspections should be conducted on a regular basis with reports kept as required
Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety systems
Manage and oversee all aspects of employee relations including scheduling, interviewing, training, coaching, recognizing, appreciating, responding appropriately to concerns and complaints, disciplinary action, and payroll
Ensure compliance with Residences polices HOA (Homeowner- Association) Agreements, operating procedures, rules and regulations for the residents and staff
Ensure proper par levels for supplies and equipment is operational and in good repair
Get bids when required for repairs or replacements
Allocate costs and track within budgeting guidelines
Assist the Director of Residences with creating annual budgets and monitor throughout the year
Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
Requirements:
Three to Five years in management role with residential property management experience
Previous Rooms, Finance and Engineering experience useful
Knowledge of residential operations, rules and regulations, HOA policies, finance, governance, and innovative resident experiences
The ability to lead a team in a positive and effective manner, creating a great place to work for all
Ability to read, write and speak English in a clear manner
