Job Description:

Assists the Director of Human Resources to attract, retain, and develop diverse talent; Executes day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with laws and Standard Operating Procedures; Promotes Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standards culture and values as part of the global Marriott International brand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensures open positions are advertised in appropriate venues to attract a diverse candidate pool
  • Works with Employment Administrator to connect with local recruitment sources
  • Manages benefits education and administration, including Workers Compensation and employee benefits communication
  • Assists in employee performance appraisal processes
  • Analyzes trends and reports on employee accidents and work environment issues
  • Coaches managers on progressive discipline processes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major
  • 2 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area
  • Valid Moroccan work permit.
