The Assistant Director supervises the HR Benefits Coordinator and Support Specialist, ensuring consistency in policy application and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, with four years of human resources experience

Nice to have
municipal experience and knowledge of labor relations are highly preferred
Certification with the Society of Human Resources Management is highly desirable
