Assistant Director of Housekeeping

• Manage, train, schedule, and evaluate all Housekeeping staff
• Conduct interviews, performance evaluations, and corrective actions as needed
• Promote communication and teamwork across the department
• Oversee daily operations to ensure rooms and public spaces meet Four Seasons standards
• Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and inspect all areas of responsibility
• Establish detailed cleaning and preventive maintenance programs
• Handle all guest and owners interactions with the highest level of professionalism
• Respond promptly and accurately to guest requests and special requirements
• Coordinate Housekeeping services for Residence owners as needed
• Support departmental financial goals by monitoring labor, supply, and contract expenses
• Maintain accurate inventory records for linens, uniforms, and supplies
• Participate in periodic inventories and recommend corrective actions
• Assist in preparing the annual labor and operating budgets and propose capital expenditures
• Promote and enforce safe working practices, proper chemical handling, and equipment maintenance
• Respond swiftly and effectively to all safety or emergency situations

• College degree, preferably in Hotel Management
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role and 2 years in a Housekeeping Department position
• Laundry experience preferred
• Proven ability to motivate and lead a large, diverse team
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong financial acumen and ability to adapt to changing business needs
