Drive a culture of excellence, cleanliness, and attention to detail across all Housekeeping and Laundry operations, ensuring alignment with Four Seasons standards
Lead, train, develop, and manage Housekeeping and Laundry team members, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and disciplinary actions where required
Oversee daily operations by coordinating shift briefings, scheduling staff, and assigning tasks to ensure productivity, efficiency, and service excellence
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, employee areas, and back-of-house spaces through regular inspections and follow-ups
Manage and respond to all guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction at all times
Coordinate housekeeping requirements for Residence owners and VIP guests, ensuring personalized and seamless service delivery
Support and oversee Laundry and Valet operations in the absence of the Laundry/Valet Manager to ensure continuity of service
Ensure effective communication within the department and across other hotel divisions to support smooth daily operations
Monitor and control departmental expenses, including labor, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and contract services, ensuring alignment with budget targets
Participate in inventory management and assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget, including forecasting and capital planning
Ensure compliance with Four Seasons’ health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact
Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment and support other departments during peak operational periods
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Housekeeping operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to cleanliness and quality standards
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive operational efficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of housekeeping operations, laundry processes, and service standards within a luxury hospitality environment
