We’re looking for a dedicated Assistant Director of HomeCare – Repairs to lead our repairs team, drive service improvement, and ensure our customers receive the highest quality care for their homes. We’re looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, proven leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across the business and the senior leadership team on innovative ways of working, to develop and drive improvements across the service areas. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the delivery of the responsive repairs, minor works teams across Abri
  • Accountable for the delivery of high-quality property Response Repairs Service, Minor Repairs, Specialist Repairs, Damp, Mould & Disrepair, department complaint handling across Octavia/London housing stock (c5000)
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to create a seamless, customer-focused service that balances efficiency, quality, and value for money
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to policy and all regulatory requirements
  • Make sure that repairs are completed right first time and that homes remain safe, comfortable, and well maintained
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business and the senior leadership team on innovative ways of working
  • Develop and drive improvements across the service areas
  • Give colleagues clear direction on goals and expectations
