We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to join the leadership team at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta. Provide leadership and management for the Food & Beverage Division by establishing plans of character, integrity, and quality, which result in the long-range continued growth, and profitability of the division and Hotel. This pivotal role oversees the day-to-day F&B operations, with a strategic focus on elevating guest experience, operational excellence, and team performance.
Job Responsibility
Support the Hotel Manager in managing all F&B operations, ensuring consistency, service excellence, and alignment with Four Seasons standards
Drive commercial success, lead and inspire our outlet managers and teams, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance revenue, manage costs, and maximize efficiency across all F&B outlets
The ability to be visible in the operation, recognize and maintain relationships with regular guests as well as cultivate relationships with new patrons through effective marketing and personal relationships
Ensure full compliance with company standards, health & safety regulations, and all relevant operating procedures
Collaborate closely with Culinary, Sales, Marketing, and Events teams to deliver seamless and elevated experiences for leisure, corporate, and social guests
Contribute to innovation in menus, concepts, and guest experiences, ensuring our offerings remain fresh and exciting
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience in related position with luxury hospitality, hold a strong foundation in Food & Beverage operations
Proven track record of leading high performing teams and delivering commercial success
Deep understanding of luxury service standards and a strong guest centric mindset
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, to negotiate resources and influence stakeholders, and to gain acceptance of and commitment to plans, ideas, initiatives, etc.
Strategic thinker with business - operational acumen and attention to detail
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
Computer literate
Flexible and adaptable, able to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays as required
