We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our Food & Beverage Division. This role involves planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the work of both employees and managers to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will uphold the highest standards of service, delivering exceptional experiences and personalized attention to every guest.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the Food & Beverage Division
Plan, organize, direct, and control the work of both employees and managers to ensure smooth operations
Uphold the highest standards of service, delivering exceptional experiences and personalized attention to every guest
Collaborate closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and Sous Chefs to design menus that deliver exceptional quality
Requirements:
2–3 years in a similar role within a luxury hotel
Fluency in Arabic and English
Strong leadership skills to select, train, evaluate, motivate, and coach employees and managers
Ability to manage labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control
Ability to drive creative revenue solutions to maximize profitability
Ability to maintain a strong presence in operations and build lasting relationships with guests
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors while upholding company standards of conduct
