Provide leadership and management for the Food & Beverage Division by establishing plans of character, integrity, and quality, which result in the long-range continued growth, and profitability of the division and Hotel. This role is part of Food and Beverage department, reporting into General Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate the selection, training, development, and evaluation of employees and managers in the Food & Beverage Division through effective management and leadership to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met, long-range strategic planning for outlet operation
Control labor and operating expenses through effective planning, budgeting, purchasing decisions, policy making, and inventory control while focusing on creative cost control and revenue generation solutions to maximize profit in the division and hotel
The ability to be visible in the operation, recognize and maintain relationships with regular guests as well as cultivate relationships with new patrons through effective marketing and personal relationships
The ability to work closely with the General Manager and Planning Committee to design effective menus, wine lists, and amenity options while ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price
Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met as well as attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments
Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
Assist with service of food items to guests
Assist with set-up and cleaning of operational areas
Create and post employee schedules
To perform other tasks or responsibilities assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years’ experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization
Mandarin Speaking is required
Being calm and patient and being of service passion. Team player. Being fair and responsible. Be passion and love working
Be familiar with computer software including Microsoft, CAD. Be of excellent business writing skills
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Logic, eye for details, approachable and willing to help
Proven leadership skills in a hotel/resort environment
Highest level of integrity and transparency
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, to negotiate resources and influence stakeholders, and to gain acceptance of and commitment to plans, ideas, initiatives, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare and deliver reports, effective presentations and to facilitate meetings

Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software
A working knowledge of hotel systems and operations
Strategic, analytical, and solid business acumen.
