Job Description:

The Assistant Director of Finance, manages the day-to-day operation of the Accounting Office. Primary responsibilities include financial analysis and financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, working capital and cash control.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintaining Finance and Accounting Goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year) or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Additional qualifications such as a master’s in hospitality finance or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are considered a plus
  • Strong finance and accounting experience, high preference within the hotel or luxury hospitality sector
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial control
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, Micros) or similar ERP systems
  • Experience supervising accounting teams or collaborating closely with Sales, Revenue, and Operations departments
  • Advanced financial analysis and strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of hotel KPIs such as RevPAR, GOP, NOI
  • Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of local and international accounting and tax regulations

Nice to have:

  • Additional qualifications such as a master’s in hospitality finance or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are considered a plus
  • Strong finance and accounting experience, high preference within the hotel or luxury hospitality sector
