The Assistant Director of Finance, manages the day-to-day operation of the Accounting Office. Primary responsibilities include financial analysis and financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, working capital and cash control.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (4-year) or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Additional qualifications such as a master’s in hospitality finance or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are considered a plus
Strong finance and accounting experience, high preference within the hotel or luxury hospitality sector
Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial control
Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, Micros) or similar ERP systems
Experience supervising accounting teams or collaborating closely with Sales, Revenue, and Operations departments
Advanced financial analysis and strong attention to detail
Understanding of hotel KPIs such as RevPAR, GOP, NOI
Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills
Knowledge of local and international accounting and tax regulations
Nice to have:
