Assistant Director of Finance

Fast Track Position to Assistant Manager

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar finance role within the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of USALI (Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry)
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Japanese accounting principles and practices
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Japanese
• Experience with year-end audits
