To uncover, prospect and sell to catering groups and individual business, in accordance with the objectives established in the Marketing Plan and Hotel catering revenue budget.
Job Responsibility:
To monitor and motivate the sales activities of the catering team preserving the Golden Selling Hours
Assist DOC to ensure that all Catering goals are met
To ensure that sales activities, individual and catering accounts are focused and coordinated with ability to yield the maximum revenue per available function room
To ensure accurate implementation and information of BEOs and group Resumes
To maximize sales in all hotel revenue areas with focus on banquets
To implement and support all Four Seasons sales and marketing MOS and hotel/company sales activities
Requirements:
Luxury hotel experience preferred
Is able to travel approximately 30%-40% of the time
Self-motivated, aggressive in booking the business and seeking leads
Leadership skills required
