The Human Resources Department plays a vital role supporting the College translate and deliver the people component of its strategic plan. We are expanding our team and are looking for a passionate and experienced senior Human Resources professional to join us in a brand new post of Assistant Director Human Resources. Working closely with the Director of HR, you will be able to draw on your breadth of experience to lead on effective and impactful HR services.

Requirements:
Passionate and experienced senior Human Resources professional
Track record of building strong relationships and working at a strategic level to drive organisational performance
Skilled strategic thinker, able to translate organisational goals into impactful HR solutions around reward, organisational planning, employee relations, succession planning and HR transactional services
