The Assistant Director of Claims is responsible for overseeing department operations and initiatives. They will work with other senior leaders to outline department and company goals, and strategies to achieve these goals.
Job Responsibility:
Maintains operational efficiency through regular review of performance KPI’s, staffing, department metrics, and operational resources (policies and procedures, reporting, etc.)
Is forward thinking and identifies opportunities to contribute to the overall goals and strategy of the organization

Requirements:
High school diploma required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Progressive track record with 3-5+ years of leadership experience
ideally with call center, operations center, or customer service experience
Proven ability to effectively lead a team and achieve performance and project goals
Strong communication skills and comfortability presenting information to internal and external customers and clients
Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and appropriately delegate
Ability to think big and challenge the norm
Strong decision quality and ability to operate in the gray
Skilled at developing other leaders
