You will work closely with the Director to mentor staff, maintain high-quality care standards, and lead the service with confidence in the Director’s absence. 👑✨

Job Responsibility:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the center
  • Team Mentorship: Support and guide our educators to deliver exceptional play-based learning programs
  • Compliance & Quality: Help maintain NQS standards and ensure we remain a high-quality service
  • Relationship building: Build positive and open communications with families and children to ensure you best cater for their family needs
  • Acting Director: Step up and lead the team with full autonomy when the Director is away

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum)
  • Proven experience in a senior educator or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
  • Excellent communication
  • A current Blue Card
  • Relevant First Aid certifications
