Job Description:

An Assistant Digital Media Buyer supports senior staff by managing the administrative, planning, and execution aspects of digital advertising campaigns. Responsibilities include interfacing with vendors, inputting, maintaining, and reconciling digital media campaigns, monitoring campaign performance/pacing, and preparing reports to ensure media buys align with client goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Input, maintain, and reconcile digital media campaigns in buying platforms, ensuring accuracy
  • Act as a liaison between our agency and vendors to manage availability, costs, delivery, and specifications
  • Track campaign performance, analyze delivery reports, and monitor pacing to ensure ads run as intended
  • Prepare, organize, and update media documents, invoices, and billing reports
  • Conduct market research on platforms and trends to support media planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience desired
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and experience with ad platforms (e.g., DSPs, Ad Servers, Google Ads, social media business tools)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of digital media measurement, including data analysis for campaign optimization and performance reporting
