Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for Technology projects delivery to meet the business requirements within the agreed schedules and resources
Conduct the system development, SIT, UAT, implementation and post-release activities with clear documentation supplemented
Provide the application support to production
Work closely with architecture team to deliver solutions that appropriately address business needs and timelines
Design, develop automated test cases during development process and make sure the test cases are incorporate into the daily build process
Establish a good relationship and work collaboratively with Global / Regional system owner and support teams
Ensure strict adherence to group policy, group compliance of all internal controls and external regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor or above degree in computer science, IT or a related discipline, with equivalent experience in software engineering discipline
3-5 years system/application development and support working experience
Strong proficiency in Java
Good understanding on object-oriented design and programming
Good knowledge of Spring boot / Spring Cloud framework
Good knowledge and experiences with relational database and NoSQL (such as MongoDB, Redis) development
Strong proficiency in API technologies such as Restful API, WebSocket
Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed computing and event driven design
Proven technical experience on Vue/React/Python, Docker/Kubernetes, etc would be a strong advantage
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools such as Git/GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, etc. and monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk
Proven knowledge in Core Banking System, Lending System or Wealth Management System would be a strong advantage
Capable of working under pressure and effectively managing priorities to meet tight timelines
Good written and spoken communication skills in English
Candidates with PMP / Cloud / Information Security, etc related certification would be an advantage

Nice to have:

Proven technical experience on Vue/React/Python, Docker/Kubernetes, etc would be a strong advantage
Proven knowledge in Core Banking System, Lending System or Wealth Management System would be a strong advantage
Candidates with PMP / Cloud / Information Security, etc related certification would be an advantage
