Job Responsibility:

  • Support design leads in managing seasonal fabric orders, ensuring precise color specifications
  • Assist in the creation of black and white sketches for various design concepts
  • Contribute to the design process by coloring up all sketches
  • Actively participate in cross-functional meetings, fostering collaboration across teams
  • Develop comprehensive technical design packages, partnering closely with production and technical design teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

Requirements:

  • Experience assisting in a design capacity, specifically with knits, sweaters, or accessories
  • Demonstrated ability to assist with sketching and coloring design concepts
  • Familiarity with the process of creating design specifications or technical design packages
  • Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments.
