Job Description

Due to continued growth and changes in our leadership structure, we are recruiting a Part-Time Assistant Practice Manager to support the day-to-day running of Forestside Dental to provide both clinical and operational leadership. This is an exciting development opportunity for the right candidate to grow into a senior leadership position. You will be providing practical, operational, and clinical support while receiving full guidance from the existing management team. We’re looking for a highly motivated, people-focused individual who can engage, inspire, and help guide the team through the next stage of the practice’s growth. You’ll help drive operational excellence, contribute to revenue growth, manage marketing initiatives, and foster a positive, energised team culture.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the Practice Manager with daily operations
  • Lead with compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements
  • Act as lead or deputy for key roles such as Safeguarding, RPS, Information Governance, Complaints, Fire Safety, and First Aid
  • Support team leadership, recruitment, onboarding, and training
  • Help maintain high standards of patient care and experience
  • Assist with team coordination, rotas, and administrative processes
  • Support diary management and operational efficiency
  • Help drive revenue growth and manage marketing initiatives
  • Lead and support the team to prepare for the next stage of practice growth

  • Experience as a lead nurse or senior dental nurse preferred
  • Previous experience in a dental practice management or a senior dental role (preferred)
  • Strong clinical confidence and experience
  • Confident using dental software and compliance systems
  • People-focused, proactive, and organised
  • Leadership experience, or readiness to step into a leadership role
  • Ambitious, hands-on approach with the ability to motivate the team and drive results
