Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee our Payer Services operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting productivity standards, developing quality control systems, and ensuring smooth transitions for new projects and clients. Job Responsibility

  • Establish productivity standards for all Payer Services operations
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop a robust quality control system for the Accounts Receivable process
  • Propose continuous process improvements to enhance value and manage Payer Services effectively
  • Participate in the transition of new projects, engage with clients, and ensure the team meets business requirements
  • Oversee project progress and participate in client meetings
  • Facilitate and monitor quality standards for executives
  • Ensure a seamless transition for all new clients within Payer Services functions
  • Address operational and staffing issues promptly and effectively

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Available to work at office in US Shift (06:00 PM to 03:00 AM IST)
  • Strong project management and client coordination skills
  • Minimum 11 years of work experience
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within Payer Services or a related field
