Job Description:

Assistant Customer Propositions Marketing Manager role at Hang Seng Bank's Marketing function, responsible for developing marketing strategies and initiatives to reinforce the bank's brand, drive acquisition and usage of products and services, and strengthen customer loyalty.

Job Responsibility:

Develop proposition-related projects or initiatives to enhance segment awareness and expand market share
Review customer journeys in collaboration with internal teams to drive effective engagement
Conduct regular competitor analysis and maintain abreast market information
Collaborate with different business units to implement proposition initiatives
Create segment-relevant marketing content and materials
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and activities for optimization

Requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Marketing OR other relevant qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing
Exposure in Customer Segments
Knowledge of banking / event management or investment products preferred
Experience in above and below-the-line marketing programmes development
Knowledge of marketing communications, customer acquisition, retention, digital marketing, performance marketing and/or event management
Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
Positive, flexible and self-motivated individual
Good project management and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset

Nice to have:

Knowledge of banking / event management or investment products
Experience in event management
Digital marketing experience
Performance marketing experience
