Job Responsibility:
Support the Curriculum Leader in shaping an engaging, research-led Science curriculum that raises attainment and sparks curiosity
Monitor and develop teaching and learning to ensure every lesson is exceptional
Coach and mentor colleagues, fostering collaboration and professional growth
Use data-driven strategies to close gaps and ensure all students thrive
Contribute to enrichment activities and STEM initiatives that inspire future scientists
Requirements:
