Job Responsibility:
Manage executive(s) calendar, scheduling, and high-level correspondence
Coordinate international and domestic travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
Handle expenses, reporting, and confidential documents with the utmost professionalism
Liaise with both internal teams and external partners, always representing the executive with polish
Anticipate needs, troubleshoot proactively, and ensure no detail is overlooked
Screen a large number of incoming calls
Prepare and edit correspondence for the team
extreme attention to detail is a must
Assist with special projects, event coordination, and internal communications
Compose strategic communication both internally and externally on behalf of executives
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
Extensive knowledge of MS Outlook and profieint in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
15-20 years of experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant
Impeccable organizational and time-management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Professional presence, discretion, and a “white-glove” service mindset.
