Assistant Controller

• Oversee the month-end close process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Manage the general ledger and maintain financial data integrity
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
• Handle corporate accounting functions, including payroll management and audit preparation
• Provide leadership and guidance during audits by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Utilize Lawson software to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Develop and implement financial controls to safeguard company assets
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong expertise in month-end close, general ledger management, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in using mid-tier accounting software
• Demonstrated experience in payroll management and audit preparation
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

CPA certification is highly preferred
