Job Responsibility

  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes and prepare financial reporting packages
  • Conduct variance analysis, budget-to-actual reviews, and support internal management reporting
  • Partner with manufacturing and operations on inventory, WIP valuation, and job costing
  • Support audit preparation, SOX compliance, and internal control initiatives
  • Drive process-improvement projects within the accounting function

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 7+ Years of full range accounting experience, centered in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of full close and reporting cycles
  • Experience with large ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently without direct reports
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to pass standard background and screening requirements
