Job Responsibility

  • Manage cash and check processing
  • Oversee customer billing and accounts receivable, including specialized reporting
  • Process accounts payable with detailed job costing
  • Handle weekly payroll processing
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of all accounts
  • Prepare financial statements as needed
  • Coordinate with external bankers and tax CPAs
  • Participate in special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Proven accounting experience
  • High integrity and sound judgment
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel required)
  • Excellent organization and ability to prioritize
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
