Job Responsibility:

Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger activities, and month-end closing procedures
Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial records, maintaining integrity across all transactions
Prepare and oversee financial reports, reconciliations, and audits to guarantee clarity and precision
Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, optimize cash flow, and maximize profitability
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts to support organizational decision-making
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth
Streamline accounting processes by identifying inefficiencies and introducing automation tools to enhance operations
Serve as a financial advisor across departments, offering insights to guide strategic business decisions
Stay updated on industry regulations and accounting standards to ensure compliance and governance
Implement best practices to strengthen scalability and improve overall financial performance

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles
Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage 50 and Sage Intacct, as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, auditing, and general ledger management
Strong analytical abilities, with a talent for identifying actionable insights from financial data
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with ADP financial services and related systems
Proven ability to implement process improvements and drive efficiency in financial operations
