Join our team as an Assistant Construction Project Manager! Our Assistant Project Managers are responsible for helping Project Managers coordinate and manage all necessary project resources from start to finish on time and within budget.
Job Responsibility:
Take meeting notes and sit in with the project team
Assist in maintaining an up-to-date construction schedule
Must be a strategic problem-solver who can add value to our customer’s projects
Help forecast job costs, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances
Help Project Managers coordinate and manage all necessary project resources from start to finish on time and within budget
Requirements:
2-4 years of Construction Project Management experience: Tracking Job Costs, Planning, Performance Management
Must be a detail-minded professional with the ability to organize, manage, and coordinate design and construction
Familiarity with Procore is highly desirable
Experience working on hospitality, multi-family residential, or senior living buildings is highly desirable
Nice to have:
